Our Return and Refund Policy

• Terms of return must be within 7 days of receipt and must be accompanied with valid reason for return.  Klever krEations Shop will do the absolute best to resolve the issue within 14 days.
• State of return - items must be unworn 
• Reason for return must be damaged or wrong product.  Wrong product must be immediately brought to our attention.
• Process for return - initiate the return by emailing:  info@kleverkreationsshop.com
• Process of refunds are in the form of credit/debit refund, cash, check (the method in which payment was rendered unless noted otherwise by the customer).
